Bianca Raby is a CEO, consultant, and AI literacy specialist who works with government, education, and industry leaders to build organisational capability for an AI-enabled future.
Through her work with Oppida, Bianca has partnered with large organisations on workforce transformation, leadership development, capability building, and strategic change initiatives. Holding an MBA and drawing on her own experience as a business owner and organisational leader, she brings a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges leaders face as AI reshapes workplaces, decision-making, and workforce expectations.
